EET and the ending exception for visually impaired entrepreneurs

Share article:

As of the end of the year 2018, the validity of the exception from the duty to report revenues within the electronic cash register regime will end for visually impaired entrepreneurs. There are approximately 1300 visually impaired entrepreneurs, who should have been subject to electronic records of sales in the first and the second stage of implementation of electronic records of sales already, but they have been using the statutory exception. In the third and fourth stage of implementation of electronic records of sales even for the liberal professions and artistic craftsmen, the number of these entrepreneurs will increase significantly.

According to a statement of the finance ministry, the amendment is prepared. It is not certain yet, though, if it will be approved before the expiration of validity of the current exception.
