Half a year after the commencement of e-sales, the financial administration makes some changes to the methods of the system. Changes have also been made to the limit for application for exception concerning taxpayers of public interest – that is non-profit organizations (for example: village associations, non-profit-making clubs and associations, foundations). These will from now on record income from ancillary activity only when their sales exceed 300 000 CZK or 5% of total income. Until now the limit was 175 000 CZK. Further, there are new specifications as to what should and should not be included in the limit. Only sales from entrepreneurial activity paid for in cash, by card or with a cheque are to be recorded. On the other hand, sales made via bank transfer are not. Gifts, donations, and membership contributions are also not recorded.
