Taxation of transfer of immovable property – tax to be payed by the transferee

Since 1st November the new regulation says that the tax from immovable property is now to be payed by the transferee only and that it is no longer possible for the two sides of the transaction to agree on placing the tax obligation on the other side.  The decisive day of chargeability is the day of acquisition of the right of ownership of the immovable property.
