Last week, the Chamber of Deputies calculated a draft bill on state social support. The draft included an increase in basic support for a second child and a following children. Unfortunately, though, the proposed sums, if divided by the number of calendar months, do not come out even. If the proposal remained in the version approved by the Chamber of Parliament, it would complicate the payroll records for employers considerably and it would mean unnecessary additional costs for entrepreneurs in order to adjust software, for example.

A similar problem occurred last year, when the Chamber of Deputies approved the basic tax credit per taxpayer. This, too, did not come out even if divided by twelve in the version approved by the Chamber of Deputies, and the mistake was then corrected by the Senate.
