Petra Vaněčková

Petra Vaněčková is a partner at Grant Thornton Czech Republic. She is a tax consultant, who works in the accounting section of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic, and an auditor. She specialises in projects of complex accounting and tax consulting, especially transaction consulting, mergers and acquisitions of companies. 

At the company, she is the guarantor of external and internal educational events, which form an inherent part of the corporate structure. Petra is also a co-author of the book entitled Interpretace Národní účetní rady (Interpretations of the National Accounting Council). Her experience as a tax advisor and auditor is valuable mainly in transaction consulting, mergers and acquisitions of companies.  

She has been working in the field for 20 years. She graduated from the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague and speaks Czech, English and German.
