Michaela Horváthová

Michaela Horváthová is a managing associate who specialises in labour law, corporate law, general commercial law and M&A. In addition, she writes articles on legal portals and contributions to professional publications, especially in the field of labour law, as well as in other areas of private law. She has been part of the GT Legal team since 2019, having previously worked at international law firm Eversheds Sutherland. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague.
In addition to her native Slovak, Michaela is also fluent in English, German and Russian.
