Consolidation package approved by the Senate

The bill amending certain laws relating to the consolidation of public budgets was approved by the Senate at its meeting on 8 November 2023 in the version approved by the Chamber of Deputies. We have already informed you about the basic changes, e.g. regarding functional currency, exchange rate differences, changes for employees and self-employed persons, legal entities, VAT, or postponement of the effective date of the limitation of the exemption of income from the sale of securities and shares to 1 January 2025.

The consolidation package will now go to the President to be signed.
